The Chefs of the Future Are on the Field Again: Culinary Program at Culinary Forum 2026!

Our school's Culinary Program, as in previous years, participated in the Culinary Forum Xchange 2026, one of the most prestigious gatherings in the world of gastronomy, without breaking tradition this year.

At this grand summit held on February 17-18 at the Antalya Nirvana Cosmopolitan Hotel, our faculty members and students had the opportunity to keep a pulse on the industry by participating together.

In the forum, which reached a much wider impact area compared to previous periods, our teachers and students engaged in cultural interaction with participants from 57 different cities and became part of a strong academic structure with 100 universities.

Thanks to a total of 29 sessions and 90 expert speakers, the most current techniques and kitchen secrets were directly listened to from the masters.
​Representing our school on this large platform, where approximately 17,000 participants and over 250 academics came together, provided our students with the opportunity to communicate directly with and establish connections with leading names in the industry.

In line with this year's main theme, the "Culinary Forum Xchange" vision, not only technical skills but also a process focused on information exchange and inspiration was experienced.

Our students, who combined their academic knowledge with practical field experience, took a step closer to their future goals in culinary arts. We thank everyone who contributed to the realization of such a comprehensive organization.
